Family summer activities in Zell am See

Water fun, Maisiflitzer & children's programme

Exuberant splashing and playing attracts youngsters to the three public beaches at Lake Zell during the summer holidays. In addition to access to the lake, all of the baths offer pools, slides, trampolines, diving platforms and a variety of water sports activities such as stand-up paddling and surfing. And that’s not all the summer activities in Zell am See you and your loved ones can look forward to.

The Maisiflitzer in Kaprun offers a high-speed ride with pure adrenaline for all ages. The natural spectacle of Sigmund Thun Klamm gorge impresses with the power of the water, while the Ice Arena on the Kaprun Glacier provides a pleasant way to cool off on hot days.

The region also offers the ‘Cool Kids Fun’ children’s programme from May to October. Trained supervisors guarantee fun and action for the children from Monday to Friday, whether it’s a visit to a farm, a treasure hunt with llamas and alpacas, climbing, or exploring Kaprun Castle.
